I built ClergyTrak to help pastors make sense of housing allowance, Fair Rental Value, and self-employment tax planning. I’m inviting pastor friends to try it and help me see what needs to be clearer.
You don’t need to explore everything or get all your records organized first. Start with one task that matters to you. Candid feedback, including “I couldn’t finish,” is useful.

Use the web Command Center for these first steps. Your account also works in the iPhone app for everyday expense capture.
Find your Fair Rental Value
Have your property address, home details, furnishings, and utility estimates handy. Follow the existing estimator, then review the monthly and annual result and its assumptions.
A useful first finish: you can explain the estimate and what evidence supports it. Free includes one planning estimate per property per year; Pro adds fresh research, detailed comparables, and a printable source packet.
Start my Fair Rental ValueMake a SECA paycheck plan
Start with your annual salary, housing allowance, and withholding records in Income & Honoraria. Then open Self-Employment Tax to review your estimate and paycheck plan.
A useful first finish: review the extra federal income-tax withholding estimate and print the free treasurer sheet to discuss with your church. The planner also supports direct estimated payments.
