Delete Your Account
Your records belong to you — including the right to remove them.
First: take your records with you
Before you delete anything, download a complete copy of what you’ve built: every expense you’ve recorded — housing and ministry, across all your years — plus each year’s designated allowance and documented Fair Rental Value, in one CSV file any spreadsheet or accountant can open.
Receipt images aren’t included in the CSV — open an expense in the app to save any photos you want to keep first.
Checking whether you’re signed in…
The fastest way: inside the app
Open ClergyTrak on your phone, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your account, profile, expenses, receipt images, and Fair Rental Value records are all removed.
Or request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@clergytrak.com from the email address on your ClergyTrak account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We’ll confirm it’s you and delete the account and its data.
What is deleted, and what isn’t
- Deleted: your account, profile, expense records, receipt images, Fair Rental Value assessments and reports, and sign-in identity.
- Not held by us: billing and transaction records are kept by the payment processor you purchased through (Apple, Google, or Stripe) under their own policies and legal retention requirements.
Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want a break, you can simply stop using ClergyTrak — your records will be waiting, and nothing expires on the Free plan.
Details on how we handle your data are in our Privacy Policy. Questions first? We’re at support@clergytrak.com.
